FILTRAFLO™ PACK (Mono/Duo/Trio)

The multilayer pressure filters reduce turbidity from water for a wide range of applications:
- Turbidity and TSS removal
- Pre-filtration for RO Systems
- Filtration of surface water

FILTRAFLO™ PACK (Fe & Fe Bio)
Flow rates: from 25 to 100 mᶟ/h per unit
The FILTRAFLO™ PACK (Fe & Fe Bio) is a compact unit for iron removal, containing one oxidation tower and two filters for suspended solids removal.
Applications: Iron removal in drinking water (two different methods)
- Chemically: with oxidizing agents such as ozone, potassium permanganate or by simple aeration (Fe series)
- Biologically: through iron bacteria (Fe Bio series)
FILTRAFLO™ PACK Fe:
- Oxidation realized by online compressed air injection
- Pozzolan as media to ensure a good performance of oxidation
- Filtration with sand, or sand and anthracite, after the oxidation to retain the oxidized iron (as a precipitate Fe3+) and the turbidity of raw water
FILTRAFLO™ PACK Fe Bio:
- Catalysis of iron oxidation by autotrophic bacteria
- Bacteria selected among the most efficient
- Reproducing phenomenon of a catalytic nature
- Combination of oxidation and filtration stages in one unit (even if the pH is below 7)
FILTRAFLO™ PACK (As)
Flow rates: from 10 up to 100 mᶟ/h per unit
FILTRAFLO™ PACK (As) is dedicated to arsenic removal in raw water. The standard unit includes one or several filters fitted with their respective pipework and Granular Ferric Hydroxide (filtration media), compliant with ACS, CODAP, 97/23/CE DIRECTIVE/NFEN ISO 12944 standards

- Drinking water treatment
- Arsenic removal from raw water
FILTRAFLO™ PACK (GAC)
Flow rates: from 10 up to 100 mᶟ/h per unit
The FILTRAFLO™ PACK (GAC) unit is a Granular Activated Carbon filtration system for pesticides and micropollutants removal. The pesticides are absorbed by the filter media. Once the carbon is saturated it must be replaced or regenerated, compliant with ACS, CODAP, 97/23/CE DIRECTIVE/NFEN ISO 12944 standards.
